Move your mouse around the screen and look for things you can interact with
Left click to examine something on the screen
Right click to manipulate (get,open, etc) something on the screen
Left click on an inventory item to select it - it will follow your mouse around
Right click where you want to use the selected inventory item, remember you can also use inventory items on each other
To use an inventory item on yourself, double right click on the item
If you change your mind about using an inventory item, right click anywhere on the screen to return it to the inventory area
To move to the next location left click on the direction arrow
Collect all 10 hidden gems. The counter in the middle of the direction arrows shows you how many you have found so far.
To save a game in progress, select FILE/Save Game. There's only 1 save slot but that should be enough because you can't die and you can't get into a dead end.
